Delete your account

You can delete your VILNO PROF (service provider) account and all associated personal data directly inside the app. No email request is required.

How to delete your account

Open the VILNO PROF app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and personal data are removed immediately upon confirmation.

What data is deleted

Your name, phone number, and email address
Your provider profile, description, category, city / location and rating
Your orders, chat messages, and uploaded photos
Your notification tokens and app activity

What data may be retained

For legal, accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, records of completed payouts and financial transactions (processed via Stripe / Stripe Connect) may be retained for the period required by applicable law. This data is not used to identify you within the app after deletion. If you have an active Stripe payout account, you may also need to close it directly with Stripe.
